Real Estate V.A to Cold Call and Follow Up with Leads

Looking for someone with previous Real Estate experience to call Expired, Withdrawn and FSBO leads for 34 Hours / Week. I will provide you with an Autodialer, scripts, the leads to call and access to my CRM.

Shifts will be from 8:00am to 11:00am & 4:00pm to 7:00pm on Mondays to Fridays and 8:00am-12:00pm on Saturdays. I will honor Philippines national holidays and other personal days as long as I am notified a few days or weeks before.

Job is to call leads, gather info on their interest, capture email and set up a listing appointment. If no listing appointment can be set then you will offer them a free book and follow up to set appointment.

Once you reach a lead with a good contact number you will input the lead into my CRM Prosper Works and fill out as much information as you can about the contact.

I am paying $2 per hour plus $5 per appointment set that results in a listing appointment with a seller. Using an autodialer that i provide you will speak to hundreds of people per hour. If you can manage to set at least 1 appointment an hour you will make at least $7 per hour.

I will be interviewing for the next 2 weeks. looking for someone to start soon after that.
