Full-Time Cold Caller / Text Blaster / Skip Tracer – US Land Wholesaling in Texas

We are LandCashBuyersUSA – we buy and sell vacant land all over Texas and are scaling fast in 2025.

We need 1–2 ROCKSTARS to help us close deals starting this week.

Daily tasks (full step-by-step training + scripts provided):
• Skip trace 300–500 land owners per day (BatchSkipTracing)
• Send 2,000–4,000 texts per day (LaunchControl)
• Make 200–400 live cold calls per day using our U.S. phone system (CallPorter – you get a real Texas phone number)
• Warm-transfer motivated sellers to me for closing
• Update simple Google Sheet

Requirements:
• Clear, neutral American English (we test on interview)
• Quiet workspace + fast internet + USB headset
• Available 8 PM – 8 AM Manila time (night shift – U.S. business hours)

Pay (paid via Wise every 15th & end of month):
• $500 USD fixed monthly salary (160 hours – we do NOT track hours)
• + $50 bonus the day a buyer signs the assignment agreement
• + $250 bonus the same day we get paid the assignment fee
• Bonuses only from closed deals – top VAs earn $2,000–$5,000+/month total

Top performers will be quickly promoted:
• $5–$6 per hour after 2 closed deals
• $7–$10 per hour after 5–10 closed deals
• $12+ per hour + bigger bonuses when you train new VAs
Our goal: top VAs will double or triple their pay in the first 90 days.
