Abound Realty Group is a New Jersey–based real estate investment and acquisitions company. We specialize in finding off-market opportunities and helping distressed homeowners. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Data Research & Skip Tracing Specialist who can independently source, verify, and organize property-related leads from county and court systems across New Jersey.

This role is highly autonomous—you should be able to pull data, investigate property ownership, skip trace, and deliver organized spreadsheets with no hand-holding.

? Responsibilities
1. Pull Daily Distressed Property Lists from NJ County Records

You will log into various New Jersey county portals each day and extract fresh data for:

Lis Pendens

Notice of Default

Pre-foreclosure (NOT foreclosure auctions)

Pre-probate

Probate filings

Tax-delinquent records

All findings should be captured and updated in Excel with accuracy and consistency.

2. Probate Lead Research (High Priority)

You must be able to independently:

Pull names of deceased individuals from probate or obituary sites (e.g., ---------- ).

Check county property records to confirm if they owned real estate.

Identify:

Spouse (husband/wife)

Children

Immediate relatives or executors

Skip trace all associated individuals to find accurate mailing addresses and contact details.

Record everything in an Excel lead file.

3. Civil Court Case Data Pulls

From county clerk or court websites, you will:

Identify civil case filings

Extract the names of people involved

Check if they own property in the county

Skip trace them to find phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses

Organize findings neatly into Excel

4. Parcel-Level Research

You will review parcel numbers on county websites and pull:

Owner name(s)

Mailing address

Property address

Any other required property details

Organize and structure all data inside Excel

???? Requirements

Strong experience in skip tracing (Batch, TruePeopleSearch, Skip Genie, etc.)

Familiarity with New Jersey county clerk, tax assessor, probate, and court sites

Ability to extract large volumes of data quickly and accurately

Must work independently without needing direction every day

Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills

Experience pulling probate, pre-foreclosure, and tax delinquency data is a major plus

Strong attention to detail and organization

Ability to work with sensitive information confidentially
