Position Summary
Research and Client Service Associate

This is a remote opportunity assisting Drive Logistics Group, a logistics-minded industrial real estate brokerage. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to support our daily operations, research, and data management.
We are willing to train the right person on the specific industry details.
Market Research
• Lead Generation: Research and build lists of companies (specifically in logistics, manufacturing, and distribution) that may need real estate services.
• Contact Sourcing: Identify key decision-makers at target companies and gather accurate contact information
Data Management
• CRM Updates: Input new contacts and companies into our database. Ensure client profiles are accurate and up-to-date.
• Record Keeping: Help organize internal data, including tracking important dates (like lease expirations) and filing market data collected from our partners.
Scheduling & Coordination
• Calendar Management: Schedule calls and meetings for the broker once clients or partners have replied.
• Follow-Up: Monitor the inbox to ensure we are following up with people who have expressed interest but haven't booked a time yet.
• Partner Check-ins: Assist in maintaining a schedule of quarterly check-ins with our network of industry partners.
Administrative Support
• Reports & Documents: Assist in preparing weekly reports and formatting documents or property profiles for client presentations.
• General Admin: Assist with ad-hoc projects, such as coordinating client appreciation gifts or organizing digital files.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you do not need prior real estate experience, but you must have:
• Strong Organizational Skills: You love keeping things tidy and on track.
• High Attention to Detail: You are careful when entering data and writing
• Research Skills: You are comfortable using Google, LinkedIn, and other tools to find information.
• Independence: You are comfortable working remotely and managing your time effectively.
Note: This role does not require cold calling.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of attention to detail. You should also be comfortable working with databases and have strong research skills. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and be comfortable collaborating with others in a virtual environment. This role will not require phone or video interaction with candidates or clients (for example, no cold calling) to begin.
Communication & Hours
• Daily Sync: You will meet with Bailey Martin via video/audio call each morning, Monday–Friday (9:00 AM EST), to outline priorities for the day.
• Hours: 40 Hours per week. The schedule is flexible, but you must be available for the morning sync and a few hours during the standard Eastern Time workday (e.g., 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM EST) for collaboration.
Compensation
• $6 an hour for 40 hours a week
• Bonus opportunity based on the firms successful completion of lease transactions and performance
