Insurance & Rentals Coordinator (Virtual Assistant – Full-Time)
Pay: $3/hr
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (US CST)
Monday - Friday
We are an automotive repair company looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to handle insurance communication, rental setup, claim filing, and inbound customer calls. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, dependable, and speaks excellent English.
Responsibilities:
• Call insurance companies daily for status updates
• File and manage auto insurance claims
• Set up rental vehicles for customers and coordinate return/delivery
• Answer inbound customer calls with great communication
• Update customers with repair and claim status
• Document notes accurately in our CRM
• Follow up on missing documents, payments, and approvals
• Work closely with estimators and managers to move cars through the process
Requirements:
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong phone communication skills
• Fast learner and able to follow processes
• Stable internet and computer
• Reliable, on time, and able to work full 9am–5pm CST
• Experience with insurance communication or customer service is a plus but not required
