B2B Appointment Setter – Commercial Cleaning (Commission Only)

We’re a US-based commercial cleaning and janitorial company looking for 2 experienced commission-only Sales VAs to help us book qualified walkthroughs with businesses (B2B).

Your only goal: reach decision makers, set walkthroughs, and earn commission when the deal closes. ?We handle the closing; you bring the opportunities.

Your tasks:
* Reach out to businesses by phone, text, and email that may need commercial/janitorial cleaning
* Connect with decision makers and book qualified walkthroughs

Requirements:
* Self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding
* Strong, confident communicator with a neutral accent
* PROVEN sales experience in outbound calling or appointment setting
* Commission-only is perfectly fine with you
* Able to find your own prospects, no training or lead lists provided
* Organized, reliable, and great with follow-ups
* Stable internet and quiet work environment

Nice to have (not required):
* Experience in cleaning, janitorial, facilities management, or commercial services appointment setting
* CRM or outreach tool experience
* Add TD SALES at the beginning of your email subject line so we know you’re paying attention

Hours (CST – Dallas time):
* Mon–Fri: 9 AM to 5 PM

Pay:
* Commission-only
* Commission is paid per closed contract, not per lead
* Unlimited earning potential
