We’re hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to take full ownership of this channel — keeping existing influencers performing, expanding the roster intelligently, and running tight operations that scale revenue month-over-month.
This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes creator marketing, knows how to organize chaos, and can maintain great relationships while driving measurable sales.
What You’ll Own
You will manage the influencer program end-to-end for Sweden.
Core responsibilities:
Oversee all communications with our Swedish influencer roster using:
Email
Slack for internal communication with the Belissas / LaunchVector team
Create clear, high-converting briefs tailored to each campaign/product/offer.
Manage and organize the program using Google Sheets/Airtable:
Influencer pipeline
Content calendar
Payout tracking
Performance / ROAS by creator
Create and manage unique Shopify discount / affiliate codes for each influencer.
Track sales + content performance by creator and campaign (daily/weekly).
Identify top performers, scale them, and troubleshoot underperformance.
Maintain consistent content flow and ensure deliverables match brand tone.
Coordinate with internal team (creative/ads/ops) as needed.
Proactively recruit new Swedish influencers who match our audience and aesthetic.
What “Great” Looks Like
Existing influencers feel taken care of and stay active.
Briefs are easy to follow and consistently produce content that sells.
Codes are clean, tracked properly, and performance is visible at all times.
You spot trends early: what creators/angles are winning and why.
The influencer channel grows reliably and profitably, not randomly.
Requirements
Proven experience managing influencer programs for DTC / eCommerce brands.
Strong understanding of performance influencer marketing (not just gifting).
Fluent in English; Swedish fluency is a big plus.
Excellent written communication
Highly organized and comfortable working in Sheets/Shopify/Airtable daily.
Experience creating/managing affiliate or discount codes in Shopify.
Confident tracking performance and making data-driven decisions.
Reliable, proactive, and responsive in a remote environment.
Bonus Points
You’ve managed influencer programs in Nordic markets.
You understand beauty/wellness/teeth whitening buyer psychology.
You can help adapt offers/briefs specifically for Swedish audiences.
You’ve scaled a creator roster from “working” to “dominant.”
