GROWTH OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (FULL-TIME, LONG-TERM)

Remote — 40 hrs/week — $700 to $1,300 month

WHAT YOU WILL DO (EVERY WEEK)

CUSTOM TRACKING & LINK MANAGEMENT
• Create/manage custom UTM tracking links for 75+ social groups
• Follow strict naming conventions (no improvising)
• Maintain a clean master spreadsheet of all links, posts, and influencers

GROUP POSTING EXECUTION
• Post into 75+ groups/communities weekly
• Track all posts and update sheets daily

INFLUENCER OUTREACH & PIPELINE
• Contact ~75 influencers per week
• Send messages, follow-ups, organize replies
• Maintain a clean Airtable pipeline with ZERO duplicates

REPORTING & ACCOUNTABILITY
• Weekly report: UTMs created, groups posted, influencers contacted, replies received
• Must hit deadlines and follow daily checklists

TECHNICAL SKILLS (REQUIRED)

• Strong Google Sheets (filters, VLOOKUP, cleanup, accuracy)
• Basic UTMs / link tracking (or extremely fast learner)
• Comfortable navigating GA4
• Comfortable with Airtable
• Able to follow strict SOPs with ZERO deviation
• Excellent digital file organization habits

OPERATIONAL SKILLS (REQUIRED)

• Excellent written English
• Extreme attention to detail — nothing slips
• Process-driven and highly organized
• Fast, reliable communication
• Handles high-volume outreach without breaking structure
• Works well with repetition, deadlines, and routine
• Can manage many moving parts with accuracy
