JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our growing e-commerce fashion brand. This role is part-time (around 1–2 hours per day) but with the potential to grow into more responsibility as our company expands.

Your main tasks will include handling customer inquiries through email and chat, managing returns and exchanges, and ensuring every customer feels valued and supported. Experience with Shopify is essential, as you will frequently check and update orders, track shipments, and provide customers with accurate status updates. Familiarity with apps such as ParcelPanel, reviews platforms, and email workflows is a plus.

We seek someone with excellent written English, empathy in communication, and strong problem-solving skills. You should be proactive, organized, and able to work independently. Previous e-commerce or fashion customer service experience is highly preferred.
