Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to support a dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and assisting with documentation to ensure smooth operations within the real estate business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize real estate documents, contracts, and client files
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the real estate team
Assist with data entry and maintain property listings in relevant databases
Handle correspondence with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders professionally and promptly
Support the team with preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative duties as needed
Help track deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups on important tasks
Requirements:
•Previous experience in administration, preferably within real estate or a related field
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software
•Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
•High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
•With 3–5 years of real estate experience
