JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Video Producer who enjoys organization, technology, and communication. You will help prepare video shoots, organize assets, collect required information, maintain clean file systems, and support our full production process. You will NOT edit videos. You will make sure every project is set up properly for our creative team.

You will use tools such as OpenReel, GoHighLevel, ChatGPT, Zoom, ---------- , Slack, and Google Drive. This role includes speaking directly with clients, so strong English and friendly communication are important.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre Production
Review client discovery forms and gather missing information
Use ChatGPT to help write interview questions and summaries
Confirm that all assets needed for a shoot are complete
Prepare files and materials for the interviewer

Post Production
Organize Google Drive folders after shoots and approvals
Retrieve and organize release forms and project documents
Format and clean up interview transcripts
Create written project review documents
Support project closeout and maintain structured file systems

Client Coordination
Communicate with clients to collect assets, approvals, and missing information
Provide friendly communication and excellent service throughout the project

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong customer service and communication skills
Fast learner who enjoys using new software and tools
Comfort using ChatGPT and AI for writing and organization
Strong organizational skills and dependable follow through
Comfort using Google Drive and Google Docs
Reliable internet and ability to work part time US hours
Video production experience is a plus but not required if you learn quickly
