Job Description:

We are seeking a talented video editor with a passion for storytelling to join our team. This is a long-term gig, not a full-time or part-time role, where you will be paid a flat fee to prepare and edit raw footage from client interviews into customer video testimonials of different lengths. We conduct 6 to 15 interviews per month, making this a fantastic ongoing opportunity for the right editor.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare interview footage for editing
• Edit raw interview footage into client testimonials of various lengths
• Add lower thirds and end frames based on templates.
• Apply color correction, music, and captions where necessary.
• Prepare final deliverables including videos, SRT files, transcripts, thumbnails, and more.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (required).
• Ability to find the best story in raw footage and craft it into a cohesive narrative.
• Attention to detail in editing and following templates.
• Good understanding of pacing and how to hold an audience's attention.
• Fast and reliable internet service.

Preferred Skills:
• Basic proficiency in After Effects or other video software is a plus.
• Love of software and technology including AI
• Quick learner
• Knowledge of social media video formats and trends.

Test Edit Details: We will provide raw footage, and you will have 4 hours to create a rough cut. Compensation: $25, with a $25 bonus if your edit meets our requirements.
