Compensation: $900/month base + strong commissions

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a U.S.-based commercial services company looking for an experienced B2B Sales Executive to help grow our portfolio across the United States.
This role focuses on outbound sales, developing new commercial accounts, handling RFPs, and supporting high-value contract opportunities.
You will work directly with U.S. decision-makers and be part of a performance-driven sales team.
This is a full-time role that requires your exclusive focus during U.S. Pacific working hours.
Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound
Identify opportunities in logistics, industrial facilities, real estate, construction, and corporate sectors
Track and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and bid invitations
Prepare proposals, pricing sheets, capability decks, and follow-up messages
Coordinate with the U.S. team for walkthroughs and client presentations
Maintain CRM entries and weekly pipeline updates
Hit KPIs for outreach, qualified leads, proposals submitted, and revenue closed
QUALIFICATIONS
3–6 years of B2B sales experience (U.S. clients preferred)
Experience selling services, not just products
Strong outbound prospecting skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Experience with RFPs / procurement processes is a plus
