Work with a leading Australian construction team while building your career from the comfort of your home in the Philippines. Computer/Laptop will be provided by the client — all you need is a reliable remote-ready workspace to get started in providing support that keeps both customers and the construction team aligned.



This role is well-suited for professionals with site or project engineering experience who want to apply their construction knowledge in a stable, long-term remote career. You’ll use your skills in reviewing plans, handling take-offs, and ensuring accuracy to support project delivery while working in a structured, system-driven environment.



What will you be doing



Provide excellent customer service and support via phone and email
Schedule jobs in SimPro and Excel, ensuring deadlines are met
Lodge compliance documents with customers and external stakeholders
Liaise with stakeholders to resolve basic issues and inquiries
Handle data entry and timesheet data cleaning
Assist in preparing data for payroll
Set up projects in SimPro for estimators and operations
Perform basic electrical estimating and material take-offs


Who we are looking for



Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Logical thinker with good problem-solving ability
Able to follow instructions and repeat processes reliably
Comfortable handling high-volume, system-driven tasks
Capable of spotting anomalies and acting on them quickly
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Experience as a Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or in construction supervision is highly regarded
Background in admin or construction support is an advantage, but not essential
