• Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with parents and builds trust.

Paid Media & Growth Campaigns

• Build/refine funnels: lead capture ? nurture ? booking/enrollment.
• Support basic SEO/local visibility efforts and promotions for programs/events.

Email
& CRM Marketing
• Create email campaigns and automated sequences (welcome, nurture, reactivation, promos).
• Segment audiences to improve conversion and retention (new leads, active families, past families).

Partnerships & Community Growth
• Develop partnership campaigns (schools, pediatric providers, parent communities, local orgs).
• Strengthen reputation marketing (reviews, testimonials, referral initiatives).

Analytics & Reporting
• Set up weekly/monthly reporting and dashboards.
• Use performance insights to prioritize next actions and improve ROI.

• Assist with recruiting, screening, interviews, and selection, including skills tests and portfolio review.
• Onboard, train, and manage the marketing team, ensuring clear KPIs, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Build repeatable processes (campaign briefs, content workflows, approvals, reporting cadence).
• Act as the key owner for marketing performance and team accountability.

Required Experience & Skills:
• 3+ years in marketing strategy/management with proven results (growth + execution).
• Experience marketing to parents/families (kids programs, childcare, education, pediatric services, family activities, enrichment, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and working familiarity with Google Ads.
• Strong copywriting and messaging instincts (trust-building, parent-focused, conversion-oriented).
• Comfortable leading projects, managing priorities, and maintaining high follow-through.
• Experience managing contractors or tea ---------- mbers (or clear readiness to step into leadership).

Nice to Have:
• Local-service marketing experience (especially multi-location).
• Familiarity with CRM/email tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, etc.).
• Ability to review creative (ads, graphics, short-form video) and provide strong direction.
• Basic SEO and website optimization experience.

What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days):
• Clear marketing plan + reporting cadence implemented.
• Stronger consistency across social/email/paid campaigns.
• Improved lead flow and/or bookings/enrollments with measurable performance gains.
• A hiring roadmap for the next roles and a simple operating system for managing a marketing team.

• Competitive pay based on experience
