GoHighLevel, Shopify, Squarespace

I am a U.S.-based entrepreneur operating multiple brands in e-commerce and services. I am looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant who can help me design and edit Websites, create sales funnels (experienced with GHL and all its functions) , help manage details, organize my workload, and actively push projects forward. I need someone experienced with sales funnels (i am thinking about using GHL) and digital marketing. Someone with an understanding of building and editing websites (currently using Shopify and Squarespace). Someone who is willing to learn new skills.

A sample of the projects that we would be working on:

Design and create sales/leads funnels, design and edit Shopify and Squarespace websites (product uploads, page formatting, basic SEO, blog posting, content updates). Organize digital assets, create and organize SOPs, create ads for social media and google, etc.......

Helping with digital marketing and social media (content planning, basic ad setup support, posting and scheduling, simple graphics using Canva, engagement tracking)

Using AI tools (such as ChatGPT and others) to help develop business ideas, create plans, draft content, and turn ideas into clear action steps

Acting as a general virtual assistant (research, document organization, task tracking, simple reporting, communication follow-ups)

I am looking for someone who:

Is detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized

Takes initiative and can move projects forward without waiting for instruction

Communicates clearly in written and spoken English

Enjoys using AI tools to work faster and smarter

This is a part-time position to start (with flexible hours and some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time), with the goal of building these new businesses fast to support a continued part time or full time position if desired and offer the option to build and manage a marketing team.
