Job Title: Professional Assistant (Australia-Based Experience Required Only)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Real Estate Assistant with proven experience working within Australian real estate agencies or similar.This role supports day-to-day operations with a focus on data entry, appraisal coordination, cold calling, social media content assistance, and appointment scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Administration: Maintain CRM records, update property information, track leads, and prepare basic reports.
Lead Generation: Consistent flow of appraisal opportunities
Builds pipeline lists (expired listings, investor lists, anniversary calls, etc.)
Qualifies prospects for the agent
Appraisal Coordination: Organise and book property appraisal appointments, follow up with prospective clients, and manage related documentation.
Warm & Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to generate appraisal opportunities, qualify leads, and nurture client relationships in a professional manner.
Social Media Support: Assist in creating and scheduling property-related content to support brand visibility and lead generation.
Client Communication: Handle enquiries, confirm appointments, and provide prompt and professional customer service.
Requirements
Mandatory: Previous experience with an Australian real estate agency or property services company or sales company.
Strong understanding of common Australian real estate terminology, processes, and client expectations.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., AgentBox, PropertyMe, Rex, or similar).
Excellent communication skills, especially phone-based interaction or similar.
High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with social media platforms
