Construction Estimator / Take-Off Assistant (Excel • MyConstruct • HubSpot)

We are an Australian residential renovation company looking for a detail-oriented Estimator / Take-Off Assistant to help with quoting, quantity take-offs, BOQs, selections, and sourcing trade/supplier pricing.

We currently work heavily in Excel, but are moving more processes into MyConstruct and HubSpot. We want someone who can help us improve and streamline our systems as we grow.

This is a full-time, long-term role for someone with strong construction estimating or QS experience.

? RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform quantity take-offs from architectural plans

Prepare itemised quotes, BOQs, material lists, scopes of work

Maintain and update job information in MyConstruct / HubSpot

Work extensively in Excel (clean formatting, formulas, costing sheets)

Source and compare trade and supplier quotes

Communicate clearly when information or drawings are incomplete

Help improve our estimating workflows and accuracy

? REQUIREMENTS

? Experience in construction estimating / quantity surveying / building admin
? Able to read and interpret architectural drawings
? Strong Excel ability (VLOOKUP, formulas, organised costing sheets)
? Experience with MyConstruct, HubSpot, Planswift, Bluebeam, or similar preferred
? Excellent written English
? High attention to detail and accuracy
? Proactive communicator who asks questions when unclear
