We’re looking for someone with proven dropshipping product research experience in the U.S. market to run product research full time.
Your job is simple but critical: find upcoming, high-potential products from any niche that we can test and scale before big competitors catch on.
You’ll spend your days:
- Hunting for new and emerging products across all niches
- Judging product potential based on demand signals, angles, and scalability
- Keeping an organized, prioritized product list so the team always knows what to launch next
We test one new product every day, and your job is to make sure those products are fresh, unsaturated, and high potential, not the same stuff everyone else is selling.
You’ll work closely with:
- A store builder (who sets up stores)
- An ad editor (who makes creatives)
- Our supplier (to request quotes, negotiate, and help price products)
Your judgment drives what gets tested — if you pick winners that perform, the whole team wins AND you get a big bonus!
What we’re looking for in products
We’ll share our exact criteria, but the core idea is:
- Products from all niches (not just health/supplements)
- First-seen or very recent to the market (super fresh trends, recent launch dates, or newly emerging variations)
- Not sold by major competitors/brands (no Amazon basics, Target, Walmart, viral-saturated TikTok products, etc.)
Existing competitors are either:
- Doing a poor job (bad creatives, weak offers, ugly stores), or
- Very limited in number (early-stage competition)
- Clear demand signals (engagement, comments, problem-solving angle, or obvious “why buy now”)
Legal, compliant, and scalable on Meta Ads
Requirements
- Extensive experience in ecommerce / dropshipping product research for the U.S. market (other markets won’t count)
- Demonstrated ability to find new, underexposed, high-potential products, not just copy what’s already viral
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized, actionable product pipeline
- Sharp eye for trends, market shifts, and consumer psychology
Bonus: prior experience working with a high-testing ecommerce brand or agency
This job is not teachable – real experience is required. We need someone who adds real insight, not someone who just follows a step-by-step SOP.
Tools you’ll use (among others)
- Meta Ads Library (Best)
- Social platforms for organic discovery (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) (Best)
- Google Trends
- AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
- Spy & tracking tools to analyze competition
- Any other tools and methods you trust to find fresh, unsaturated winning products
Again, we expect you to bring your own approach and add value beyond what’s provided.
