JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Profiles & Campaign Manager with 5+ years managing brand social channels end-to-end and running performance-focused paid social.
You’ll own our social presence across platforms and drive growth through smart, creative, and data-backed campaigns, especially in consumer goods.

Own and optimize brand profiles across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, X/Threads (as relevant).

Build and manage a content calendar aligned to launches, promos, seasonal ---------- nts, and brand storytelling.

Brief, coordinate, and QA creative (in-house or creators): scripts, hooks, captions, thumbnails, UGC.

Lead community management: engagement, moderation, escalation, and brand voice consistency.

Track performance and translate insights into actionable improvements (what to double down on / cut).

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (bonus: Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Amazon DSP).

Own testing strategy: audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and funnel stages.

Manage budgets and pacing; optimize for KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CAC, AOV, CVR.

Set up and monitor tracking (Pixel/CAPI basics, UTMs, events), and troubleshoot delivery/performance issues.

Deliver weekly reporting with insights, learnings, and next steps (not just dashboards).

Source and manage creators for UGC and whitelisting/Spark Ads.

Coordinate gifting, briefs, usage rights, and performance reviews.

5+ years in social media management + campaign execution.

Proven experience with consumer goods (CPG, beauty, wellness, home, food/bev, fashion, etc.).

Hands-on expertise running paid ads on Meta and TikTok (from setup to optimization).

Strong creative instincts: understands hooks, formats, trends, and what performs.

Comfortable with data: reporting, experimentation, and performance optimization.

Excellent writing and brand voice control (captions, comments, concise briefs).

Experience with creator whitelisting, Spark Ads, affiliate programs.


Email
/SMS collaboration and broader growth marketing knowledge.

Familiarity with tools like GA4, Shopify, Triple Whale/Northbeam, Later/Sprout/Hootsuite, Canva/Adobe.
