UGC Video Editor

This role includes a base salary (+heavy incentives). If you create a winning ad, your salary can easily 2 or 3x.

The Role:
As our Video Editor, you’ll be the engine behind our ads, social clips, and product stories. This role is not just about editing — it’s about performance. You’ll take raw footage and turn it into high-impact content that gets views, clicks, and sales. Please put the word jollibee in the subject line for your task assignment.

Non - negotiables:
- Fast turnaround and attention to detail.
- Edit and repurpose content into ad-ready formats (1:1, 9:16, 16:9)
- Add captions, text overlays, sound effects, and transitions.
- You must be able to write ad scripts.
- Understanding of what makes ads perform (hooks, pacing, CTA).
- We will provide you with training videos to improve your skills.
