Vendor Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for a Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to help bring new sellers onto our online marketplace. Your main role will be to find potential vendors, reach out to them, explain the benefits of joining our platform, and guide them through the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and confident communicating with small businesses. If you have experience with platforms like Etsy, Wayfair, Amazon, or similar marketplaces, that is a plus.

Responsibilities
Research and identify potential vendors who can sell on our marketplace
Contact vendors through email, social media, and direct messaging
Clearly explain how the marketplace works and why they should join
Assist vendors with creating their accounts and uploading products
Follow up with interested vendors and keep them engaged
Track outreach activity and provide simple weekly updates

Qualifications
Good written and spoken English
Organized and good at follow-ups
Able to work independently
Experience in sales, outreach, or marketplace onboarding (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with online marketplaces is a bonus
