We are looking for a reliable and detail focused Guest Communications Specialist to manage messaging for a growing portfolio of Airbnb and short stay properties. This role suits someone with experience in hospitality, customer service, or short stay accommodation who enjoys fast paced, guest focused work.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to guest enquiries before, during, and after stays. Manage check in and check out communications, access instructions, and property information. Handle common guest questions around amenities, parking, WiFi, and the local area. Resolve guest issues calmly and professionally, escalating when required. Coordinate with internal teams regarding cleaning, maintenance, and urgent matters. Maintain a friendly and consistent communication style aligned with our brand tone. Drive strong guest satisfaction and positive reviews through clear and proactive communication.

Previous experience with Airbnb,
Working Hours
Hours are 3pm to 10pm, six days per week. This role includes regular weekend shifts, with fast response times expected throughout the shift.
