The Quoting & Proposal Associate plays a critical role in supporting the commercial team by preparing accurate, timely, and commercially competitive quotes and proposals for complex scientific services. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, fluent in English, familiar with scientific project workflows, and experienced with Salesforce CPQ or similar quoting platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, prepare, and deliver accurate quotes and proposals for complex scientific research services within tight turnaround times.
Review project requirements, scope elements, and scientific details submitted by Business Development or technical teams to ensure accurate pricing and proposal alignment.
Use Salesforce CPQ to configure pricing, product selections, and quote components; maintain data integrity within the system.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service offerings, pricing rules, discounting policies, and internal approval workflows.
Prioritize and manage multiple active quote requests simultaneously without compromising accuracy or quality.
Track quote status, follow up on required approvals, and support BD with any revisions or updates.
Support periodic audits of CPQ data, quote compliance, and process enhancements.
