Recruitment Screener - 2-3 Week Contract (Immediate Start)

We need 6 screeners to help us conduct initial candidate interviews over the next 2-3 weeks.
What You'll Do:

Conduct 10-15 video screening calls per day (30 minutes each) via Google Meet
Follow a structured interviewscript (provided)
Assess English fluency, sales background, and basic fit
Document responses in a simple spreadsheet
Rate candidates and pass qualified ones to the founder for second interview

This is perfect for you if:

Your spoken English is excellent (you'll be interviewing people in English all day)
You're professional, friendly, and can put candidates at ease
You're organised and reliable
You can start within 48 hours
You have a quiet workspace and stable internet for video calls

Bonus points if you have:

Previous recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition experience
Call center or customer service background
Experience with international candidates
Ability to work Saturdays

Schedule:

2-3 week contract starting 12 December ---------- hours per day, Monday-Friday (Saturday optional for extra pay)
Flexible hours--note candidates are based in American, European and Asian time zones, most are in Middle East
