Virtual Assistant/ ISA for Real Estate

This is our first time with a position of a virtual assistant/ISA

we are looking for some to make real estate related cold calls


set 8 to 10 appointments a week.
Calling as an example:

-New and old Expireds,
-FSBOs
-Probates
-Valuation leads
-New and old buyers
-First time home buyers looking for lenders

Lead sources I have used include:

Follow up Boss
mojo dialer
Zillow
For sale by owner.

Unsure of how many hours but 20 hours a week to start, we are also open to paying
a bonus if contacts turn into clients.

We are ideally looking for someone who has done this before, has a good speaking manner
and is organized.
