About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new conversations, book discovery calls, and help grow our sales pipeline. This role focuses on consistent digital outreach and phone outreach to window treatment and awning dealers.

This is a results-focused role—not hourly. The more activity you put in, the more opportunities you create, and the more you can earn.

The role begins as a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension or a permanent
position.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Outreach
-Send outbound messages across LinkedIn, Facebook Messenger, and email.
-Follow scripts and personalize outreach where appropriate.
-Maintain steady daily outreach volume that creates new conversations.
-Track all outreach activities inside LeadBoomerang.
-Follow up with warm and cold leads on schedule.

Phone Outreach
-Make outbound calls to leads generated from outreach, past prospects, event lists, and no-show leads.
-Use provided scripts to ask the right questions and qualify prospects.
-Book qualified discovery calls onto Will’s calendar.
-Log all calls and notes inside LeadBoomerang.
-Follow up consistently with all active prospects.


Performance Expectations (KPIs)
This role is not hourly, but it is activity-based. To qualify for full compensation (base + bonus + commissions), BDRs must meet these minimums:
-Consistent daily outreach (digital + phone)
-Reliable follow-through and CRM updates
-Discovery calls scheduled weekly
-Maintain tasks and follow-ups with minimal overdue items

This role rewards high performers. Anyone doing only the bare minimum likely isn’t a good fit.


Compensation
Base Pay
$700 per month, paid on the 10th and 25th.

Commission Structure
15% commission on deals generated from outbound efforts (digital or phone).
7.5% commission on deals from inbound leads (SEO, PPC, referrals, website forms, etc.).
Commission applies to the first month’s fee + the setup fee.

Monthly Bonus
$100 bonus when you book 15 qualified AND showed-up discovery calls in a single month.

Realistically, high-effort BDRs should exceed this.

Requirements
-Strong written and spoken English
-Comfortable and confident on the phone
-Highly organized and self-motivated
-Able to follow scripts and processes
-Consistent activity and follow-up
-Reliable computer and internet
-Capable of managing your own daily workflow
-Complete a weekly activity report (form) summarizing outreach volume, calls, and discovery calls booked, consistent activity and follow-up

Work Schedule
-Flexible schedule, but calling activities must be done during U.S. Central business hours (approximately 9 AM–5 PM CST).
-Non-calling tasks (digital outreach, CRM updates, follow-ups) can be done at any time.
-Activity, consistency, and results matter more than hours.
-Check-ins with leadership as needed.
