Web Builder & Local SEO Specialist

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled tea ---------- mber to build high-ranking websites for Home Service businesses. We use modern tools ( ---------- v) to build sites efficiently, so we need someone who understands Local SEO structure to act as the "Architect" for these sites.

Core Responsibilities:

Website Building: Use our AI tools to generate websites. You provide the strategy and structure; the tool provides the code.

Local SEO Strategy: Ensure every website perfectly mirrors the client's Google Business Profile (GBP). This includes setting up correct URL slugs, H1/H2 tags, and Schema.

Execution: You may be asked to perform general Local SEO tasks, such as optimizing GBP listings, citation checks, or on-page content adjustments.

Refinement: Help us improve our "Building Blueprint" to make our process sharper and more effective.

Efficiency & Pay:

Hourly Pay: You are paid for every hour worked.
Starting Pay: $5 - $10 USD / Hour (Based on Experience) Future Potential: Up to $20 USD / Hour (With promotion to Management/Trainer role)

Schedule: Flexible / Hourly

Performance Goal: Because we utilize advanced AI tools and a clear blueprint, our workflow is highly streamlined. We expect a skilled builder to complete a standard website build in approximately 10 to 20 hours. We are looking for someone who can maintain high quality while working within this efficient timeframe.

Growth Potential: This is a starting position with room to grow. For the right person—someone who demonstrates leadership, reliability, and mastery of our process—there is potential for promotion into a Management Role. This would involve training new builders, quality control, and overseeing department design standards.

Requirements:

Deep understanding of Local SEO (specifically for Home Services).

Experience building websites (WordPress/Webflow experience is great for understanding structure).

Ability to learn new software quickly.

Strong English communication skills.
