Social Media Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Manager for a short-term engagement. This role involves content strategy, calendar planning, post scheduling, and short-form video creation across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

The hired SMM will handle all day-to-day social media management to ensure content is delivered consistently and strategically.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage a content calendar (what to post, when to post, type of content)
-Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
-Assist with podcast-style / interview-style video recordings
-Manage post scheduling across FB, IG, and TikTok
-Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages as needed
-Track performance and suggest improvements
-Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
