AI-Powered Social Media Content Creator

Krailo Socials is seeking a creative, efficient Social Media Content Creator to produce high-quality content using our AI-driven system.
This role is primarily creative execution, with light strategy only for the Krailo Socials brand.

Every week, our automated Slack workflow gives you:
- Post ideas
- Captions
- Content outlines
- Publishing schedules

Your job is simply to turn those ideas into engaging content using our toolkit of AI and design tools.

Your work will fall into two main areas: managing the Krailo Socials brand and creating client content using our AI system.

Core Responsibilities (Krailo Socials Brand)
- Develop and manage the Krailo Socials brand across all social media platforms
- Plan, create, and schedule weekly content for the agency (graphics, Reels, carousels, short-form videos)
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to help shape the agency’s content strategy
- Ensure consistent brand visibility, tone, and quality across all posts
- Experiment with trends, AI tools, and new content styles to grow the brand

Client Responsibilities (AI-Guided Content Creation for Clients)
- These tasks are structured and directed by your AI workflow — very execution-focused.
- Create high-quality social media content for clients, including: Images, Carousels, Reels and short-form videos, Basic animations
- Use AI tools such as HeyGen, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, VN, and more
- Turn simple client assets (e.g., one product photo) into multiple creative posts using AI tools
- Follow the content ideas, captions, and schedules provided by the Krailo Socials AI system
- Improve or enhance post ideas when needed while staying true to client brand style
- Schedule completed posts according to the provided content calendar
- Maintain consistent quality, creativity, and efficiency across all assigned client accounts

Requirements
- Experience creating social media content for brands or clients
- Strong design sense and understanding of what performs online
- Ability to follow direction and execute quickly
- Creative problem-solving and visual storytelling skills
- Comfortable using or learning AI tools (training provided)
- Reliable internet + ability to work remotely
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn trends

Tools You’ll Use:
HeyGen, Midjourney, Higgsfield, Kling, ElevenLabs, Napkin, Canva, CapCut, VN, ChatGPT, Gemini, and more.

Training provided for tools you haven't used before.

Guaranteed Base Salary:
$400 USD per month
Per-Client Pay:
+$10 per active client assigned to you
Loyalty Bonus:
+$10 per client after they’ve been with us for 6 months
(You earn this bonus each month the client remains active.)

Typical Monthly Earnings:
$500–$700+ depending on workload
