About This Role
We're seeking a technically-minded SEO specialist who excels at WordPress management, technical optimization, and content implementation. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving technical problems, optimizing site structure, and ensuring websites run flawlessly. You'll be the technical backbone of our SEO operations, with potential growth into full website development as we scale.

What You'll Be Doing:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Post content pages using WordPress and Elementor (average 80 pages/month)
- Resolve technical SEO issues identified through Ahrefs and Search Atlas reports (duplicate H1s, missing links, schema problems, etc.)
- Execute internal linking strategies according to established SOPs
- Create and format content for posting on client websites
- Monitor website technical health and proactively identify issues
- Collaborate on potential website development projects as the role evolves

Secondary Responsibilities:
- Write third-party content for Patch/Blogs
- Log into client marketing email accounts to keep them active
- Provide feedback on SOPs and suggest process improvements

Qualifications:
Required:
- Proven experience with WordPress and Elementor
- Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and best practices
- Experience using SEO audit tools (Ahrefs, Search Atlas, Screaming Frog, or similar)
- Expertise in internal linking strategies and site structure optimization
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues (schema markup, duplicate content, broken links, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Proficiency with: Google Sheets, Email, ChatGPT, ClickUp

Preferred:
- Experience with Link Boss, Link Whisper, or similar linking tools
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic troubleshooting
- Familiarity with schema markup implementation
- Experience with website speed optimization
- Background in website development or willingness to learn
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and Google Search Console

Technical Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection
- Comfortable using time tracking and/or screenshot monitoring tools
- Ability to work US business hours consistently
- Willingness to use VPN if needed
