We’re hiring a high-performing Inside Sales Agent (ISA) and Appointment Setter to handle inbound real estate leads, manage pipelines, and convert interest into booked appointments.

If you’re a fluent English speaker with experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service and you know how to move conversations forward, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Lead Engagement

Contact and follow up with inbound leads via phone, SMS, and email

Build rapport quickly and uncover the lead’s real needs

Appointment Booking

Convert engaged leads into qualified, booked appointments for real estate clients

Use our CRM and automation systems to ensure smooth handoffs

Pipeline Management

Manage lead pipelines across multiple client accounts

Ensure no lead is forgotten or left uncontacted

Follow-Up Execution

Run proven follow-up sequences for unresponsive leads

Personalize outreach using scripts and workflows

Lead Qualification

Ask smart questions to assess buying or selling intent, timeline, motivation, and readiness

CRM Updates

Maintain accurate notes, tags, and statuses inside GoHighLevel

Performance Optimization

Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion performance

Help improve lead-to-appointment conversion rates over time

What You’ll Bring

Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills

At least 1 year of cold calling, appointment setting, or customer service experience

Confidence speaking with prospects on the phone

Real estate experience is a strong plus

Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)

Fast response times and strong follow-up habits

Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
