Part Time
$400/month
TBD
Dec 9, 2025
About Me & The Project:
I’m a retired tech CEO (75, USA) who has worked with Filipino teammates for 20+ years. I’ve just filed a U.S. patent-pending system that helps YouTube creators improve their videos before they upload them.
I’m looking for one long-term part-time assistant to help with YouTube research, light admin, and simple slide / document work.
Role Overview
Hours: ~15 hours per week (flexible, PH time is fine)
Pay: $400/month (paid on time, every week)
Type: Long-term, stable role for the right person
You will start with clear, simple tasks. As you learn the system, the role can grow.
Main Responsibilities
Research YouTube channels in specific niches (storytelling, documentary, education, etc.)
Organize client information, links, and notes in Google Docs / Sheets
Help build simple slide decks and documents (Google Slides / PowerPoint / Canva)
Light website admin using no-code tools (I’ll train you)
Basic tracking of tasks, deadlines, and files
You’re a Good Fit If…
You have strong written English and good attention to detail
You are comfortable on YouTube and understand how channels / videos work
You can follow detailed step-by-step instructions and ask questions when unclear
You’re looking for a long-term, stable client — not a one-off gig
Nice to have (not required):
Experience with YouTube analytics or creator tools
Experience making simple decks (Slides / PowerPoint / Canva)
Previous VA work for content creators, agencies, or online businesses
How to Apply
Send a message with the subject line: YouTube Assistant – [Your Name]
Include:
A link to your OnlineJobs.ph profile
A link to one sample of your work (research, a slide deck, document, or anything relevant)
In 3–5 sentences: Tell me about one YouTube channel you like and why.
I will only reply to applicants who follow these instructions.
