About the Role

Gr8t Digital is a rapidly growing performance marketing agency specializing in lead generation and appointment setting for realtors, brokerages, and real estate investors across the US and Canada.

We are hiring a Real Estate Media Buyer + GHL Expert who understands how to generate real leads, not vanity metrics. This role is for someone who can confidently manage Meta ad accounts, optimize for conversions, work inside GoHighLevel, and improve campaign performance week over week.

What You’ll Be Doing

Launching, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Running real estate lead generation campaigns for buyers, sellers, and investors

Testing creatives, audiences, hooks, and offers

Managing retargeting and scaling winning campaigns

Monitoring CPL, booking rate, show-up rate, and lead quality

Working inside GoHighLevel for funnels, pipelines, and tracking

Collaborating with our team to continuously improve performance

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience running paid ads for real estate clients

Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization

Confident with Meta Ads Manager

Experience with creative testing and audience segmentation

Comfortable navigating GoHighLevel CRM

Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple ad accounts and deadlines
