• Present the CPR Instructor Program and its benefits clearly and confidently
• Qualify interested individuals and schedule them for upcoming sessions
• Provide pricing, requirements, and program details
• Track all outreach, responses, and enrollment statuses
• Follow a provided script while still sounding natural and personable
• Maintain organized lead logs and report daily progress
• Answer basic questions about CPR training, instructor pathways, class expectations, and support
• Direct leads to booking or payment links
• Send follow-up emails and texts to warm leads
• Assist with additional admin tasks related to the training program when needed
