About Us
We are a growing digital agency that builds simple, AI-powered websites and voice agents for local small businesses using the Go High Level (GHL) platform. We help clients streamline lead management, automate follow-up, and improve customer communication.
We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day agency operations, client onboarding, lead generation tasks, and basic GHL setup work.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Onboarding & Support
• Set up new client accounts inside Go High Level (sub-accounts, integrations, domains, phone numbers).
• Assist with client onboarding tasks: creating welcome messages, collecting required info, scheduling kickoff calls.
• Update client profiles, pipelines, and opportunities inside GHL.
• Provide light customer support: answering questions, checking tasks, updating statuses.
2. Go High Level Platform Tasks
• Build simple websites, funnels, or landing pages from templates.
• Add/edit forms, calendars, workflows, automations, triggers, and tags.
• Create AI voice agents by adding prompts, numbers, call flows, etc.
• Monitor conversations, test automations, and ensure correct functionality.
• Troubleshoot small issues (forms not saving, triggers not firing, etc.) and escalate bigger issues.
3. Lead Generation Tasks
• Collect business contact lists from Facebook, Google Maps, Yelp, or spreadsheets.
• Send outreach messages or emails using approved templates.
• Update CRM records and track follow-ups.
• Organize leads into lists and pipelines.
4. Administrative Tasks
• Keep track of deadlines, deliverables, and active client projects.
• Maintain an organized Google Drive / folder structure.
• Prepare short SOPs, checklists, and task summaries.
• Perform light research when needed (industry research, local business categories, etc.).
• Attend weekly check-in meetings.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience with Go High Level (GHL) — or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, workflows, and basic automations.
• Ability to build simple landing pages from templates.
• Comfortable learning AI tools (voice agents, chatbots, automations).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter who can manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience in client-facing or customer support roles is a plus.

• Background in digital marketing or lead generation.
• Familiarity with Canva for basic design tasks.
• Experience with spreadsheets (excel).
• Experience with real estate or local-business marketing.

Hours & Compensation
• Part-time: 20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule (some overlap with US business hours preferred)
• Pay: $7–$8 per hour, depending on experience
• Long-term role with room for growth
