Graphic Designer & AI Imaging Specialist

We are a fast-growing 7-figure e-commerce company managing multiple high-converting DTC brands. Our mission is simple: scale products fast with data-driven execution and world-class creative assets. We test new products and angles daily, and now we’re seeking a high-level Graphic Designer who can also produce product-focused, studio-grade visuals using AI generation tools.
The Role
As our Graphic Designer & AI Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-impact visual assets that drive conversions across ads, landing pages, and product launches. You will combine traditional design skills with advanced AI prompting capabilities to create scroll-stopping creatives, lifestyle mockups, and product imagery at speed and scale.
This is a fast-paced, performance-first role ideal for someone who is highly creative, technically skilled, and obsessed with producing visuals that actually SELL.
Responsibilities
Design high-quality graphics for ads, product pages, and branding assets.
Generate studio-level product images using AI tools such as Gemini, Flair.ai, Sora, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.
Create lifestyle mockups, product composites, and creative variations optimized for direct-response advertising.
Work closely with our marketing team to develop and iterate on creative angles, hooks, and ad concepts.
Produce multiple variations quickly for A/B testing across Meta ads, TikTok ads, and landing pages.
Maintain consistent brand style and visual identity across all designs.
Stay up to date with new AI tools, prompt engineering techniques, and creative trends.
Optimize workflow to reduce production time without compromising quality.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in an e-commerce or performance marketing environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing product design, ad creatives, and e-commerce-focused visuals.
High-level proficiency with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
Hands-on experience generating images with AI tools (Gemini, Flair.ai, Sora, Midjourney, etc.).
Ability to craft precise prompts to achieve specific visual outcomes (studio lighting, product realism, lifestyle compositions, etc.).
Fast execution speed with strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
Ability to collaborate with marketers, editors, and copywriters to align creative output with performance data.
Comfortable producing multiple concepts and iterations under tight timelines.
