Sales Assistant (Real estate)

We Shorts Brand LLC a growing wholesaling company focused on Real Estate Acquisition. We are looking to add a reliable and motivated Sales Assistant to our team to support our sales operations and help streamline deal flow.
The Sales Assistant will help manage leads, coordinate with buyers and sellers, handle follow-ups, organize documents, and support daily sales activities. Applicants without Sales experience will not be entertained.

Responsibilities:
-Assist the sales team with daily tasks
-Effectively manage and track leads within the CRM to maintain accurate pipeline visibility
-Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, buyers, and sellers to build strong relationships
-Coordinate and schedule calls, follow-ups, and appointments to maintain consistent engagement and workflow
-Provide comprehensive daily support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations

Required Experience:
-Previous Sales experience is REQUIRED
-Proven sales and negotiation experience
-Strong, confident English communication skills
-Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
-Reliable internet, computer, and quiet workspace
-Comfortable working U.S. business hours (11 am to 5pm CST)
-Experience in real estate or wholesaling is a plus
