Job description
We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and results-driven Assistant to the Sales Manager who can support and elevate our sales operations. This role requires a strong leader who’s not only organized but can confidently coach and collaborate with our Co- founder, build systems, and ensure our sales goals are met with excellence.

You’ll play a crucial role in driving the performance of the sales team, organizing key activities, setting measurable goals, and translating data into insights. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Founder to drive overall sales strategy and execution.
2. Ensure commission reports are regularly updated and accurate.
3. Coach and advise the Co-founder with sales operations best practices.
4. Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales dashboards to track team performance.
5. Create and lead a weekly Sales Agenda for internal meetings.
6. Book and organize meetings, both internally and with prospective clients.
7. Prepare charts, reports, and presentations to visualize sales data and progress.
8. Assist in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and goal-setting.
9. Streamline sales processes, tools, and communications
10. Help ensure all sales documentation and CRM entries are updated and accurate.
11. Assist in maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.
12. Stay updated on trends and insights within the apparel industry.

Qualifications & Skills
1. 5 years+ of experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
2. Proven Sales / Business Development experience
3. Previous experience supporting CEOs, executives, or founders.
4. Strong knowledge of the apparel industry and sales operations.
5. Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
6. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create forecasts and interpret sales data.
7. Comfortable building and presenting charts, KPIs, and progress reports.
8. Tech-savvy — experience with CRMs such as Hubspot and Pipedrive, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10 . Confident, assertive, and comfortable coaching leadership when needed.
