Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST (includes 1-hour break)
Rate: $4/hour + Commission per closed deal from your leads

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Virtual Lead Specialist to help qualify leads, make outbound/inbound calls, send SMS messages, and support our acquisitions team. Your main responsibility is to generate quality opportunities and assist in pushing deals toward closing.

Responsibilities:

Make and receive calls to qualify leads

Send and reply to SMS inquiries

Follow company scripts during conversations

Enter and update leads in our CRM

Coordinate with Acquisitions Managers for HOT leads

Meet weekly/monthly KPIs

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills

Comfortable with outbound calling

Ability to follow scripts and instructions

Organized and responsible with CRM updates

Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
