Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shopify Product Upload Assistant to help us upload 150–200 simple products to our Shopify store.

The tasks are very straightforward and require no advanced technical skills. You will be given all product information and a clear prompt/template that you simply copy/paste into Shopify.

Responsibilities

Upload 150–200 products to Shopify using our template/prompt

Copy/paste product information from supplier websites

Download product images from supplier websites

Resize images (simple basic resizing only)

Upload images to Shopify in the correct order

Ensure each product listing is clean, accurate, and complete

Follow our naming and structure guidelines

Communicate clearly and deliver within the agreed timeline

Requirements

Basic experience with Shopify (product upload, media upload, tags, variants, etc.)

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Good English communication

Basic image editing (resize/crop)

Reliable internet connection

Attention to detail (very important)

Bonus Skills (not required but nice to have)

Experience with e-commerce

Familiarity with LED products (not required)

Experience with product descriptions or data entry
