FULL-Time YouTube Video Editor!

I'm seeking a young talented and passionate YouTube Video Editor who wants to be original and not edit according to what is trendy. This role is perfect for someone who loves video editing, creating engaging content, stable work, and flexible schedule.

The style of the channel is clean, minimal, and classy editing style. I do not want Mr Beast style or too much flashy edits. We love the styles of Ali Abdaal, Peter McKinnon, and Ben Francis, and we'd like to emulate their production value and you can always add your cinematic flair.

What You'll Be Doing:
Editing Raw YouTube Videos: You'll be the primary editor for our YouTube channel, which includes educational tips, vlogs, and how-to's. It's an educational Channel. We'll aim for a Minimum of 2 long forms per week, create thumbnails per video and Reels/Shorts.

I'll film content in bulk for the main channel. The long-form video can vary from 10-20mins of talking head. I use a teleprompter, so editing the A-roll will be fairly simple.

Requirements:

Fast Editing + Deadline Reliability:
Have the main A-roll cut done within 24 hours. You need to edit quickly without sacrificing quality. We often work with tight deadlines, so you must be able to deliver final drafts fast, meet turnaround expectations, and handle revisions efficiently. We use ---------- for revisions.

Editing Expertise: You should be an excellent editor, capable of handling all aspects of video editing, including audio syncing, color grading, photoshop/photo edits and more. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci, Capcut or Final Cut Pro is a must.

Communication:
We use ---------- every day. You must be extremely responsive, open to feedback, and capable of communicating updates, questions, and progress in real-time. If you don’t communicate fast, you won’t succeed in this role — simple as that.

Great understanding of Aesthetic & Attention to detail is super important

You'll also be responsible for creating 3 different Thumbnails for each video.
