Outbound Lead Generation + Appointment Setting for IT Consulting Firm

Seeking ideally a female who has a minimum 5 years experience and success with high tech outbound telemarketing and is completely fluent in both verbal and written English to assist with lead generation and appointment setting for our high tech consulting firm. If you are a male with a proven track record of success fitting the criteria above, we are open to speaking with you as well.

This is a pure "smile and dial" telemarketing role for someone technically fluent, persistent and adept at starting conversations with people over the phone as well as over email as/if needed. Your primary goal and the metric you will be measured by is your ability to set up appointments for our consulting team with potential customers who have expressed an interest in our services.

A call list will be provided as well as detailed phone and email scripts. Training will also be provided to ensure you are comfortable with our pitch before starting to call on our prospect lists.

You will be calling primarily Small/Medium sized businesses (SME's) across the United States and looking to speak with the IT decision makers and buyers of datacenter, network, hosting, hardware and/or related IT infrastructure services within these organizations.

Our firm is a consultant and broker for these services and thus our pitch is very similar to that of a insurance or real estate broker, "if we can provide you with solution(s) that would provide you more value for less money, is this something you would be interested in?"

We are willing to pay for a hard working, detail oriented, diligent and clear communicator that can help us get in front of more opportunities across the country. Bonuses will be paid if the quality and number of appointments set each month exceed expectations.

We are looking to initially hire 4 people during the month of March and over an 8 week trial narrowing this group down to 1-2 people based on the results of each individual. Those who prove themselves adept at bringing qualified leads to the table week over week will be kept on for as long as they can keep producing.

-A quiet place to work from

-Ability to call through a Skype account that we will setup for you

-The ability to call during the morning and afternoon of mostly the West Coast (PST) and Midwest (CST) time zones
