About Anything Supplies
Anything Supplies is rapidly growing as "The Supply Giant Behind Your Business", a dynamic B2B wholesale and global sourcing platform. With thousands of products across diverse categories (CCTV, Building Materials, PPE, etc.), we need a highly meticulous and experienced Product Lister to manage our digital catalog, ensuring all product data is accurate, optimized for search, and integrated correctly with our sales funnel tools.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
The core function of this role is to manage and optimize product data across all e-commerce platforms and CRM systems, directly supporting the sales and lead generation teams.

Product Listing & Data Management (Primary Focus):
Execute high-volume product listing using provided supplier data, including specifications, pricing (wholesale tiers), inventory levels, and variants.
Master the use of bulk upload tools (CSV/Excel) to efficiently onboard large batches of new products into the e-commerce backend (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify, or custom platforms).
Ensure 100?ta accuracy for technical specifications, SKUs, and category placements, minimizing errors that can impact quoting and order fulfillment.

E-commerce SEO and Copywriting:
Write compelling, clear, and technically accurate product titles and descriptions tailored for a B2B audience (resellers, contractors).
Conduct basic keyword research to optimize listings for visibility (Product SEO), ensuring buyers can find Anything Supplies products when searching for specific wholesale supplies.
Prepare and optimize product images (resizing, cropping, watermarking, background removal) to meet e-commerce standards and load speed requirements.

Go High Level & CRM Integration:
Serve as the in-house expert connecting product data feeds and order forms into Go High Level (GHL) or other designated CRM systems.
Ensure lead generation assets (landing pages, forms) built in GHL are correctly linked to relevant product pages on the website for accurate lead attribution and nurturing.
Assist the sales team by ensuring all product-specific details required for the Quote Request process are easily accessible within the CRM.

Auditing & Maintenance:
Conduct regular audits of live listings to identify and correct data discrepancies, outdated pricing, or broken links.
Manage product lifecycle stages (new arrivals, clearance, discontinued items) and ensure the website accurately reflects current stock and sourcing availability.
What You Will Need (Qualifications)
Experience: 3+ years of dedicated, high-volume experience as an E-commerce Product Lister, Data Specialist, or Catalog Manager.

Platform Mastery: Proven, demonstrable experience managing a product catalog on a major e-commerce platform (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, etc.).
CRM/Technical Expertise: A strong, working background in Go High Level (GHL) or similar sales/marketing CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho) specifically related to data flow, product forms, and lead generation.
Data Proficiency: Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation for bulk uploads.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data integrity, with a relentless focus on accuracy and quality control across thousands of SKUs.

Setup: Must have a high-spec personal computer and a reliable, high-speed internet connection for remote work.

Benefits & Perks
Permanent Work-From-Home (WFH) setup.

Performance bonus structure
Opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing B2B sourcing company.
