Overview:
PROFLIGHT CONTRACTING LLC is a fast-growing, veteran-led U.S. small business working in the federal government contracting space (janitorial, grounds, facility support, and maintenance services).
We are looking for a high-confidence, persuasive, and proactive Subcontractor Outreach Specialist who has experience contacting contractors, service providers, and vendors — preferably in the U.S. or similar markets.
This role is NOT just admin work.
We need someone who can speak with authority, build rapport quickly, and secure real subcontractor commitments.

Responsibilities:
Subcontractor Outreach (Primary Duty)
• Identify U.S.-based contractors in janitorial, landscaping, facility support, and maintenance industries
• Call,
• Explain partnership opportunities clearly and professionally
• Gather capability statements, pricing, coverage areas, and service details
• Build and manage subcontractor relationships
• Maintain updated vendor information inside our database
Vendor Acquisition & Communication
• Persuade potential partners to collaborate with our company
• Confidently communicate service needs and partnership structures
• Follow up professionally and persistently
• Prepare subcontractor profiles for proposal integration
Research & Support
• Research new opportunities and vendor markets
• Assist with proposal prep (no writing experience required, training provided)
• Track all outreach in organized systems
• Provide status reports and recommendations

Requirements:
Must-Have Skills:
• Excellent English (speaking & writing)
• Confident, persuasive communication
• Experience contacting contractors, vendors, B2B companies, or service providers
• Comfortable on calls — not shy
• Strong organizational habits
• Proactive, self-driven, and takes initiative
Preferred (NOT required but a HUGE bonus):
• Experience in U.S. government contracting
• Experience doing subcontractor sourcing
• Experience with janitorial/grounds/facility service vendors
• Knowledge of proposals,
• Experience in outbound sales, outreach, or negotiation

Salary:
PHP or USD depending on applicant experience
Starting Range: $4.50 – $6.50/hr depending on skill
