High Score is hiring a Head of Sales to build and run our outbound B2B sales engine. You’ll manage two Account Executives, own lead generation (Outscraper + cold-call team), drive revenue strategy, and maintain CRM discipline in HubSpot.
Not SaaS. Real product sales only.
Responsibilities
Build and scale outbound B2B sales pipelines
Lead and coach two Account Executives
Direct lead generation and cold-calling teams
Own HubSpot CRM data hygiene, workflows, automation, and reporting
Deliver daily and weekly KPI reports
Improve scripts, follow-ups, and closing process
Personally support closing larger B2B accounts
Requirements
5+ years B2B sales leadership in wholesale, manufacturing, or physical products
Proven pipeline builder with team management experience
Active HubSpot Certification required
Advanced HubSpot usage (pipelines, reports, sequences, automation)
Strong discipline, time management, and KPI ownership
Not a fit for SaaS-only backgrounds or candidates without team leadership and revenue ownership.
