Project Manager

Location: Philippines (Remote support for Australian projects)
Industry: Telecommunications / Electrical / Rigging

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee telecommunications, electrical, and rigging projects. The role involves planning, coordinating, and ensuring the timely and safe execution of multiple field operations and technical installations in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage project execution from start to finish.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and status updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve project issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical, or Project Management related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in telecoms, electrical, or rigging projects.
Strong understanding of project workflows, site operations, and field requirements.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Asana, etc.).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Scrum are an advantage.
Ability to work remotely and coordinate with Australian teams.
