Reddit & Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistent (Healthcare & Pharma Brand)

Looking for a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant specialized in Reddit marketing and niche community growth to support the promotion of a healthcare-oriented jewelry and lifestyle brand.
Your main tasks:
-Find relevant subreddits aligned with the brand (pharmacy, chemistry, healthcare professionals, science, medical, biotech, wellness, supplements, but also travel & lifestyle).
-Create engaging posts (most of them are already written by us and already posted on our other social media) that follow subreddit rules, in order to grow our Instagram account, and our e-commerce (healthcare jewelry & products)
-Schedule and post consistently on Reddit using the best posting strategy for each subreddit.

Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in Reddit marketing & growth
Understands how to avoid bans/shadowbans
Able to write in fluent English
Creative, organized, detail-oriented
Comfortable with healthcare/science content (dont need to create scientific post, just to post them)
