Virtual Assistant – Report Creation (English + Basic Design)

We are hiring a VA to help create customer reports using a pre-made template. You will receive customer photos and basic information, then place them into the template and format everything so it looks clean and professional.

Monthly Salary: 20,000-40,000 php (skill & experience dependant)
+ Additional monthly bonuses of up to 6,500php per month

Tasks:

Insert customer photos into Canva/Slides templates

Add text we provide

Format and clean up the layout

Export final reports

Deliver completed reports on time

Requirements:

Good English

Basic Canva or Google Slides skills

Attention to detail

Able to follow templates and instructions

Reliable and responsive communication

Must be familiar with ChatGPT

No advanced design skills needed — just neat, clean formatting.


HOURS PER WEEK

Flexible — can be part-time or full-time depending on workload.
