Full-Time Creative + Ads Support + Shopify Lister (Long-Term Position)

We are a fast-growing Spanish dropshipping brand looking for a long-term, highly disciplined and multi-skilled team member.

We need someone who can handle the following responsibilities:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce 15–20 high-quality creatives daily (CapCut + Google Veo 3)

Produce 1 organic creative daily for social media

Update ads every 2 days using duplication method only (never touch existing ad sets or winning creatives)

Deliver the ROAS report before 5:00 AM Spain time (mandatory)

Prepare and list new Shopify products (titles, descriptions, size charts, translations, formatting)

Keep Trello and Google Sheets fully updated

Communicate with the team daily

Assist customer service only when necessary (secondary task)

REQUIREMENTS

Experience with Shopify (MUST)

Experience creating video creatives (CapCut mandatory)

Fast and stable WiFi (MUST)

Strong communication

Ability to follow SOPs exactly

Experience with Trello (MUST)

Experience with Slack (preferred)

Long-term mindset, discipline and responsibility

Available 6–8 hours daily, 7 days per week
